Case study · Ayurveda D2C brand
An Ayurveda brand went from ₹3.66 lakh to ₹6 lakh a month in 10 weeks
An Ayurveda brand sells its medicines through its own Shopify store. Sales were flat and the ad reports did not match the bank. Ten weeks later monthly sales were up 65%.

What was wrong
- The Shopping campaign spent on hundreds of products that took clicks and never sold.
- Ad reports counted orders twice, so the return on paper was far higher than the money in the bank.
- A JavaScript crash on the mobile product page had quietly pulled daily sales from about ₹22,000 to about ₹14,000.
What we did
Rebuilt Google Shopping around what sells
We removed 190 products that took clicks without orders, moved treatment equipment into its own campaign, and built negative keyword lists of 160+ terms.
Fixed the product-page bug the same day
The crash was costing about a third of daily sales. We fixed it on the live store the day we found it and added a daily automated check so it cannot return unnoticed.
Made the ad reports match the bank
Google Ads now bids only on orders confirmed in Shopify. Every report uses one number the client can verify in their own store.
Stock-aware advertising
Ads pause on products that go out of stock and restart when they are back.
SEO foundations
Product schema on every product page, title rewrites for pages ranking 4 to 10, and redirects for 140 dead URLs. The store earns 12,800 organic clicks a month.

Most accounts we take over have the same few problems: tracking that does not count real enquiries, budget going to the wrong searches, and a page that loses people on phones. Tell us what you sell and we will say plainly what we would fix first.
