  • Client: The individual or entity engaging PRP Webs for services.
  • Services: The web development and digital marketing services provided by PRP Webs, including but not limited to Shopify and WordPress design, e-commerce solutions, SEO, and related services.

3. Services

PRP Webs offers a range of services, including:

  • Shopify Store Setup: Assisting in theme selection, app integration, and store configuration.
  • Shopify Design & Development: Creating custom Shopify websites tailored to client needs.
  • Headless Shopify Commerce: Developing React-based frontends using Shopify’s Hydrogen and Oxygen frameworks.
  • Custom Shopify Development: Building bespoke Shopify stores to meet unique business requirements.
  • Shopify Custom Theme Design & Development: Designing responsive and intuitive custom Shopify themes.
  • Shopify App Development: Creating custom Shopify apps to add specific functionalities.
  • Shopify Store Migration: Migrating existing websites to the Shopify platform.
  • Shopify Integration: Integrating shopping carts, payment gateways, and APIs into Shopify stores.
  • Shopify Store Maintenance: Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Shopify stores.
  • Shopify 2.0 Migration: Upgrading stores from Shopify 1.0 to Shopify 2.0.
  • Shopify SEO: Optimizing Shopify stores for search engine visibility.

4. Engagement and Payment Terms

  • Project Initiation: A project begins upon mutual agreement on the scope, timeline, and fees, followed by the signing of a formal agreement.
  • Fees: Fees are determined based on the project’s complexity and scope. Detailed pricing information is available on our Plans & Pricing page.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments are structured in phases, typically including an upfront deposit, milestone payments, and a final payment upon project completion. Specific terms will be outlined in the individual project agreement.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the project agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provision of Information: Clients must provide all necessary information, materials, and access required for PRP Webs to perform the services.
  • Timely Feedback: Prompt feedback is essential to maintain project timelines. Delays in feedback may result in adjusted delivery schedules.
  • Approvals: Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Upon full payment, the client gains ownership of the final deliverables. PRP Webs retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
  • Third-Party Materials: Any third-party materials used will be subject to their respective licenses, and clients agree to comply with such terms.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received from the other party during the course of the project. This obligation extends beyond the termination of the agreement.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Performance: PRP Webs will perform services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
  • Limitations: While we strive for excellence, we do not warrant that deliverables will be error-free. Clients are responsible for final testing and approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

PRP Webs’ liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

  • By Client: Clients may terminate the agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are payable by the client.
  • By PRP Webs: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the client breaches any terms or fails to make timely payments.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PRP Webs operates, namely Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

12. Amendments

PRP Webs reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
