Services & scope

What services do you provide?

We cover full Shopify development — store setup, custom themes, private apps, migrations, headless storefronts, speed and security — plus growth services: SEO, paid search & social, content, email and analytics, and conversion rate optimisation. We tailor the mix to your goals.

Do you build headless (Hydrogen / Next.js) storefronts?

Yes. We build headless Shopify storefronts on Hydrogen and Next.js with experienced React developers — for sub-second loads, fully custom UI and omnichannel setups, with SEO equity preserved.

Do you specialise in certain industries?

We have delivered 100+ stores across retail, B2B, fashion, health, services and more, for clients in seven countries. Our methods are industry-agnostic and tailored to your audience, so we adapt even to a niche we have not built in before. See our portfolio.

What if the project scope changes mid-way?

Needs evolve. Minor tweaks are usually absorbed within the project; for larger changes we revise the plan and quote so timeline and cost stay transparent. The written scope agreed at kickoff is what keeps surprises to a minimum.

Do you build mobile apps?

Yes — including white-label iOS and Android development for agencies, delivered under your brand and NDA-backed, in native (Swift, Kotlin) or cross-platform (React Native, Flutter).

Pricing & contracts

How do you charge for your services?

Pricing is tailored to scope. A new Shopify store starts from $1,800; migrations from $1,800 plus $0.50 per product; maintenance plans from $99/mo. You get an itemised quote with fixed milestones before any work begins — see full pricing. No hidden costs, no open-ended billing.

Do I own the code and store after the project?

Yes — you own 100% of the code and your Shopify store. At handover we provide a training handbook showing exactly how to modify your site, so you are never locked in or held hostage on credentials.

What if we exceed the quoted time or budget?

You will not be billed for surprises. We work to the agreed milestones and itemised quote; if new requirements appear, we flag them and agree any cost or timeline change with you before doing the work.

Process, team & communication

What is your onboarding process?

Five steps: free consultation, requirement gathering, plan and quote, project kickoff, and ongoing reporting (detailed above). Once you approve the plan we assign a project manager and team and begin, keeping you updated throughout.

What will we get deliverables-wise, and what is the timeline?

Deliverables depend on the project — e.g. mockups and code for a new store, or a keyword plan and campaigns for marketing. Simple Shopify stores launch in ~1–2 weeks, complex builds and migrations in ~3–4+ weeks; SEO and marketing are measured in months. We confirm a schedule once requirements are clear.

Who will be on our project team?

A dedicated project manager plus specialists — Shopify developers, designers, content writers and marketing analysts as needed. We are a 30+ person in-house team with 12+ years of ecommerce experience, and the developers who scope your project are the ones who build it.

How will you keep us updated?

A weekly call, a monthly report, and live access to our Dyzo project tool — so you can see what is done, what is pending and the task-wise time logs in real time. Ad-hoc questions are welcome by email or chat anytime.

Results, guarantees & trust

How do you measure success and report results?

We set KPIs up front — traffic, rankings, conversion rate, sales, ROAS — aligned to your goals, and track them in Google Analytics, Shopify reports and ad dashboards. Monthly reports show performance against targets so you see exactly what our work is doing.

Can you guarantee SEO rankings or ROI?

No reputable agency can ethically guarantee a #1 ranking or a specific ROI — search engines and markets have too many variables. What we guarantee is best-practice, data-driven work, continuous optimisation and transparent reporting. Notably, we have never shipped a project that lost rankings.

What if we are not satisfied with the work?

We back our work with a money-back guarantee — if you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we make it right or refund. We also commit to delivering within the agreed deadline.

Can we see case studies or references?

Yes. We maintain case studies and client testimonials, and can connect you with references on request (with client consent). Reviewing our portfolio is the best way to assess our track record.

What certifications and partnerships do you have?

We are an official Shopify Partner and our developers are Shopify-certified. Team members also hold Google Ads and Analytics and other industry certifications, and we maintain a 4.7-star verified Google rating. We can share relevant credentials on request.

Shopify build & migration

How does Shopify store setup work, and how long does it take?

We guide you through theme selection and build out your store around your products and brand. Simple stores can launch in 1–2 weeks; complex stores with many products or locations take 3–4+ weeks. We confirm a timeline after assessing your requirements.

Should we use a pre-made theme or a custom design?

Both work. A pre-made theme we customise is faster and cheaper; a fully custom theme gives a unique, on-brand experience but costs more. We advise on the best fit for your budget and goals and ensure a smooth, conversion-focused UX either way.

Will moving to Shopify hurt my SEO?

Any migration can cause a temporary dip, but with a 1:1 redirect map and SEO best practices rankings recover — typically in weeks for small sites, a couple of months for large ones. Your old store stays live during migration, so there is no downtime, and we export a ranking baseline first.

How do you optimise page speed?

We run a performance audit (PageSpeed Insights and lab tools) and fix the causes: optimised images, minified CSS/JS, lazy loading, removing unused scripts and heavy apps. Faster loads improve both UX and SEO, and our maintenance plans keep speed in check as the store grows.

Can you integrate other tools (CRM, email, ERP) into Shopify?

Yes. We integrate payment gateways, email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), ERPs and analytics via Shopify’s API or custom apps. If the tool you need is not on the App Store, we can build a custom integration.

Support, security & compliance

What happens after the site or campaign launches?

We stay engaged. We monitor your store and campaigns, offer maintenance and support plans, and keep optimising marketing based on data. Post-launch support can be a monthly plan or hours on demand.

What is included in maintenance and support?

Theme, app and platform updates, security patches, backups, uptime monitoring, small fixes and ongoing speed and SEO-health checks. Exact scope depends on the plan (Starter, Standard or Plus), but the goal is a store that stays fast, secure and rarely goes down.

How do you handle security?

Best practices throughout: enforced SSL, strong authentication and up-to-date software. Shopify provides PCI compliance and hosting security; we layer on vulnerability checks and, where needed, extra measures. Regular maintenance includes monitoring for issues.

How do you handle data protection and GDPR?

We comply with applicable laws including GDPR. Shopify is GDPR-compliant by default, and we ensure custom features follow suit (cookie consent, data handling). You retain ownership of your content, designs and data; our contracts cover confidentiality, and we can sign a data processing agreement if you need one.

What is your support SLA and response time?

Standard support is answered within 24–48 hours; critical issues such as a site outage are prioritised and handled far faster. Specific response and resolution targets can be agreed in your contract or maintenance plan before work begins.
